Good spot, lovely home but disappointing outdoor spaces!
Positive: Close to the beach, quiet street and ample off street parking!
Negative: Very small balcony with insufficient seating and a dark unkempt backyard that frankly was very uninviting! Took half an hour to sweep down the area before we could even sit out there!

Beautiful house
The house was so nice and big. Loved the kitchen, especially the sparkles in the Bench, dining room was airy and spacious. Lounge was comfortable. The whole house is just beautiful. Would definitely recommend to stay there. The key safe makes entry easy too. Would book it again in a flash
